What is the recommended age?
Family friendly for all ages 6+. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theater.
What is the running time?
2 hours and 30 minutes including one intermission.

Mon 7pm, Wed 2pm & 8pm, Thurs 7pm, & Fri 8pm, Sat 2pm & 8pm, Sun 3pm.

Where can I park near the theater?

Can I take photographs or video during the show?
The use of cameras, video equipment or flash photography is not allowed during the performance. However, we encourage taking photos and videos before the performance, during intermission and after the show.
Is the theater ADA accessible?
Yes! New World Stages is wheelchair and elevator accessible. The “Access Information” tab on the Telecharge show page provides information on access into the theatre, as well as specific locations of wheelchair, transfer arm, and companion seating. To search for seats, go to “Find Tickets” and click on “Wheelchair-Only Locations & Transfer Arm Seats.” If you need assistance purchasing wheelchair or transfer arm seating, contact Telecharge Access Services at (212) 239-6222.
What is the late seating policy?
Late seating will be at the discretion of the house manager. Please note that latecomers may not be able to access their purchased seats.
Are there strobe lights in the show?
Yes, there will be strobe effects and flashing lights used in the show.
Are there devices for the hearing impaired?
Infrared assisted listening devices and neck induction loop systems (requires t-coil) are available to borrow at the Shubert Audience Services kiosk.
Can I bring food or drink into the theater?
Outside food or beverage are not permitted in the theater.
Will there be merchandise available for purchase?
Yes, EMPIRE branded merchandise will be available in the lobby before and after performances, as well as during intermission.

How will I receive my tickets?
You will receive an order confirmation email that will have your ticket details and confirmation number which you can click on to view your detailed order information. If you do not know your order number or need assistance with your order, please call Telecharge Customer Service at 212-239-6210 or 800-543-4835.
What are the service fees?
Tickets purchased online and by phone include a Telecharge imposed service charge: $9 for tickets up to $50, $11 for tickets up to $100, and $15 for tickets over $100
Can I purchase tickets in person at the Box Office to avoid service fees?
Yes, tickets can be purchased during the box office’s operating hours located at 340 West 50th Street. Tickets purchased in person at the box office are not subject to a service fee. Please note, all ticket purchases are subject to a $2 facility fee per ticket.
